I got double jaw surgery to fix my gummy smile (removed 5mm) and my weak chin (moved it forward). Yes, my swelling took at least 8 months to go down fully.

I noticed that my nose shifted a little to the right at the tip. Happy with results so far. Worked on posture, neck exercises, mewing, chewing/ swallowing correctly and eating harder foods.
